Athens-Oconee Junior Woman’s Club WE LET THE DAWGS OUT respects your concern about privacy.

This privacy policy will tell you how we protect your personal information, and about what choices you have concerning our use of such information. Please read this policy carefully. We may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our site. We will post changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone. Please refer back to this policy regularly.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

By using the WE LET THE DAWGS OUT site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site. Your continued use of the WE LET THE DAWGS OUT site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept these changes.

Online Information Gathering

Types of information collected by this site: Information collected online is often defined as being either anonymous or personally identifiable:
* Anonymous information cannot be tied back to a specific individual.
* Personally identifiable information lets us know the specifics of who you are such as your name, e-mail address, or postal address.

The choice of how much of your personally identifiable information that you choose to disclose to WE LET THE DAWGS OUT is left completely up to you.

The only way we know something about you personally is if you voluntarily provide us with your personal information, such as when you transact business at our site, or communicate on the site by sending us an e-mail, or contribute to our list services, or post to any discussion board or other forum.

In some cases, such as on our list services, discussion boards or other forums, any personal information provided may become publicly available to our members and possibly the larger general public. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose such personal information (e.g. user name, e-mail address), that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or parties.

Collection of IP addresses: When visiting any Internet site your unique address called an "IP address" is recorded. WE LET THE DAWGS OUT does not release any information about the collection of this address to any third party except under court order. WE LET THE DAWGS OUT archives the log files in order to create aggregate statistical reports, detect errors at the web site, and for security reasons. The log files are eventually deleted. Information collected from user orders or requests is deleted after a few months.

Statistics

WE LET THE DAWGS OUT site generally stores no information about its visitors, with the exceptions of basic logging for site stats (machine addresses, not e-mail addresses), and information provided by users who fill out our online forms. Under no circumstances does WE LET THE DAWGS OUT compile "audit trails" of which users are browsing what pages.

WE LET THE DAWGS OUT does compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site and its subdirectories, the daily requests we receive for particular files, and what server locations, including countries, those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, do not include personal information.

Non-disclosure

We will never intentionally disclose any personal information collected from you on our site to any third party without having before, during or afterwards received your permission. In other words, without such permission, WE LET THE DAWGS OUT will not sell, rent, loan or give personally identifiable user information collected from you on WE LET THE DAWGS OUT site to marketers or any other third parties.

The one exception is that, although unlikely, WE LET THE DAWGS OUT may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. In these cases, we will provide this information as and to the extent we have determined that the disclosure of any such information is appropriate.

To enable any shopping features or personalized features that may be available or become available on WE LET THE DAWGS OUT site, we will assign your browser a unique identification number stored in a file on your computer (a "cookie"). Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user.
